How does the work move from one step to the next?

The AI Value Accelerator is a single leadership session, with individual pre-work beforehand. FDS then build ROI-driving prototypes as measured experiments, and what works moves into production as a Minimum Lovable Product. Production timing depends on your approval process, which we plan for from the start.

Will you replace our team?

No. We work inside your environment and with your people. Many clients choose the model where their engineers lead and ours support.
