Workshop Activities include three major phases:
1. Technical Discovery
Select sample data sources to replicate in GCP and BigQuery, decide on queries for visualizations, and establish data collection requirements.
2. Implementation
Once discovery is complete, our data engineering team will build out your data collection infrastructure, a data pipeline to process your data, and create a fully functional data analytics dashboard using Looker or Google Data Studio.
3. Delivery
Once discovery is complete, we briefly meet with your team and facilitate a hand-off of the dashboard, ensuring ownership is properly transferred and your team is able to maximize all of its capabilities. CloudWerx will also provide you with a cost projection for ongoing project work and an estimated monthly cost for GCP services needed to run and maintain the data collection pipeline and visualization dashboard.
