Customer’s primary challenge lies in efficiently retrieving accurate information from a vast library of recordings and transcripts to provide precise answers to users' questions. The solution must be scalable, factually correct, quick, and responsible.
The Solution
We developed a Gen AI solution using RAG technology grounded in their content. We implemented an extensive evaluation mechanism to ensure high-quality, data-grounded replies. By leveraging Gemini's safeguarding settings and flash response capabilities, we fine-tuned the bot for responsible, quick, and accurate performance.
The Implementation Process
